How the recruitment process works
Connect Driver Solutions take the hassle out job hunting for those in the transport industry.
We work with lots of big-name companies across the UK and these respected organisations come to us when they need hard-working, talented staff.
We’ll advertise the role and go through our database to find eligible candidates. We’ll then contact the candidates, talk through the role with them and assess their suitability.
Successful candidates will be forwarded to the client, who will tell us who they would like to interview or who they would like to offer the job to.
We will support you throughout this process, offering interview tips and making sure you’re fully prepared – we want to make sure you’re ready for whatever the interviewer throws at you.
Once the client has made their decision, we’ll give you detailed feedback whatever the outcome.
