HOW THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORKS?
We work with lots of big-name companies across the UK. These respected organisations come to us when they need hard-working, qualified staff.
We’ll advertise the role and go through our database to find eligible candidates. We’ll then contact the candidates, talk through the role and assess their suitability.
Successful candidates will be forwarded to the client, who will tell us who they would like to interview or who they would like to offer the job to.
We will support you throughout this process, offering guidance and support, making sure you’re fully prepared – we want to make sure you’re ready for whatever the role involves.
Once the client has made their decision, we’ll give you detailed feedback whatever the outcome.
