Connect Driver Solutions have exciting opportunities for experienced Van Drivers in the Newcastle area! (Team Valley or Washington)
Successful candidates will undergo training every Monday & Tuesday (Classroom & Driving assessment) before driving full-time. This role is for Christmas peak work (around 8 week’s work) with a view for a longer-term placement depending upon demand thereafter.
Pay rate: £11.33 per hour (PAYE, van provided by client)
Shifts available: 9:30am to 7:30pm, minimum 5 days out of 7 – Shifts available Monday to Sunday
The successful candidate will drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle and perform multi-drop duties. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting parcels, doing around 80+ drops per day, around the North East.
The ideal Van Driver will have:
- Previous multi-drop experience
- A valid driving licences
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Availability to start immediately
