Connect Driver Solutions North East are currently recruiting for Van Drivers with FLT licence Drivers due to an increase in demand and shifts for our clients within Darlington area.
6 Month Contract
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
We are looking for drivers experienced van drivers who have experience of using a FLT Counterbalance licence.
We are interested in applicants with the required skills and experience who are looking for ongoing work
As a driver your duties will include but shall not be limited to;
- Local deliveries for a builder’s merchant / General yard & FLT duties
- Carry out daily checks on your vehicle
- Complete all paperwork required by the client and hand into office as required
The ideal Driver will possess the following skills and experience –
- Valid Cat B /3.5t Licence
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- No more than 6pts / No DD, DR or NI codes
- Good communication skills both high levels of written & oral English
- Knowledge of UK roads
- Flexible approach to work
