Connect Driver Solutions is a leading, experienced agency taking pole position in the world of recruitment for the transport industry. We are sister company to Connect Appointments, launched to offer a specialist recruitment service for the transport industry.
The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Generating Business Development Opportunities
- Operating our bespoke recruitment software
- Managing job applications as well as job boards and adverts on local and national websites to generate applicant attraction.
The ideal Senior Recruitment Consultant will be:
- An excellent communicator; engaging, innovative, and dynamic
- An enthusiastic, proactive self-starter
- Driven to succeed with high levels of ambition and determination
The successful candidate will also have:
- At least 12 months experience in a recruitment or transport related role
- Experience in both temporary and permanent placements
- A proven sales background
- A driving licence
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some occasional out of hours working required
