Connect Driver Solutions North East are currently recruiting for LGV 2 Drivers due to an increase in demand for our client within the Stockport area.
The client is looking for multiple LGV 2 drivers for multidrop drop which is delivery of different types of flooring products so heavy lifting will be involved.
TEMP ADHOC WORK with a view for full time work
We are interested in applicants with the required skills and experience
Reporting to the Transport Manager, your duties will include:
- LGV 2 Driving
- Full responsibility for your vehicle whilst representing the company and brand to the highest possible standards
- Driving and complying with all road, and vehicle Legislation as well as maintaining vehicle checks, tachograph and WTD
- Delivering customer products, ensuring packaging and product is free from damage
- Ensuring as a team, you always keep your customers up to date on the progress of their delivery
- Resolve any customer questions or concerns as they may arise
The ideal Driver will possess the following skills and experience:
- Valid Class 2 / LGV2 / C / HGV 2 Licence
- Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6pts / No DD, DR, IN OR TT codes endorsed and their licence
