7.5T Drivers

Connect Driver Solutions North East are currently looking for 7.5t Drivers for our clients in the Newton Aycliffe area.

Working hours between 8-12 hrs depending upon requirements

We have the following shift patterns available

• Day Shift
• Night Shift

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

7.5t Days

Working as part of a 2-man crew with the Delivery of white goods & household items

Heavy lifting will be required so applicants must be physically fit.

Start time from 6am

7.5t Nights

Trunking down to Wigan depot & bringing a different vehicle back up (vehicles already loaded) some of these runs also require a collection before going to Wigan – sometimes you will be bringing a 3.5t back instead of 7.5t (Paid 7.5t Rate)

No manual handling involved

Start times from 1500 up to 2330

Candidates must have the following:

• Valid C1 / 7.5t
• Valid DQC & Digital Tacho Cards
• Max of 6 points with no CD, DD, DR, IN or TT codes on your licence

We are looking for candidates with a good work ethic, reliable with good punctuality.

This will be temp ongoing / adhoc work but Full-time work could be made available for the right candidates
